Last Friday's video got so much attention I decided to make it a new thing of posting a creative video on Fridays.

This one is to the tune of "It's my life" Original sung by Talk Talk and recently covered by No doubt . I did all the sound effect with my voice did not like how crappy some parts sound. But it's all one great big experiment for me.

I was outside yesterday doing some night shots and in my peripherals I could see something getting closer to my leg. I looked and got surprised by this critter. This possum had a pretty good attitude and walked away after staring me down for a few minutes.

These characters are really small. I saw them at the hobby section in a store for train sets. I thought they would be neat to shoot.

These characters are really small. I saw them at the hobby section in a store for train sets. I thought they would be neat to shoot.

I've decided that a week out of every month I'll dedicate a shot to 7 of my inspirations here on Flickr and try to mimic their "style".

Today I wanted to mimic another awesome photographer Mary Ann Potter

I have never been good with adding textures to my work. I never could tell when to stop. But I've always admired people who could do it. Mary is one of those folks. She manages to invoke nostalgic feelings from her work or even bring new life to an otherwise mundane image.

I really suck at this but I tried to mimic the feelings I got from this shot.

BTW all of you are my inspirations. Keep posting and teaching me something new!
